Michael Love FASID
As founder of Interior Options, located in the New York Design Center at
200 Lexington Avenue, Michael Love has been providing high-end design and
decoration services for upwards of thirty years. Having created internationally
acclaimed multi-million dollar homes as well highly visible commercial work,
Ms. Love's body of work speaks for itself. Proficient in all design
genres, Ms. Love's style leans most toward an eclectic, contemporary
sensibility.
Ms. Love's extensive residential practice has consisted of the design
and renovation of homes throughout the US and Europe. Homes have ranged from
small to large-scale projects in New York City, Westchester, East Hampton,
London, England, Paris and Florida. Ms. Love has also completed major commercial
projects including medical centers, hotels and lobbies as well as offices
for such corporate giants as Banker's Trust, Avatar Investors, Zweig
Group, Bank of Oman and National Bank of Nigeria. With triumph and sadness,
Michael notes her crowning achievement as her work designing and overseeing
the installation of all public spaces in The World Trade Center towers.
From her early training at the University of Miami specializing in kitchen
design, to her distinguished ASID Fellowship, Ms. Love's reputation
for designing exceptional kitchens and baths has brought her much acclaim.
She's created kitchens for several show houses, shared her knowledge
of kitchen design on panels and seminars, her kitchens have been published
in hard cover decorating books and in national shelter magazines, and she
continues to be a featured kitchen expert for CNN, Fox 5 TV and NY1 television.
